When using the switch, the following points should be paid attention to:
1. When welding terminals, loading terminals will result in loosening, deformation and reduction of electrical characteristics according to different conditions.
2. Avoid using water-soluble flux when welding because it may cause corrosion of switch.
3. Regarding the setting of welding conditions, please proceed according to the actual batch production conditions.
4. When soldering tin twice, please return the first soldering part to normal temperature before proceeding. If heated continuously, it is possible to deform the periphery, loosen the terminals, drop off and reduce the electrical characteristics.
5. Please don't let flux flow to the switch from around the printed circuit board.
6. After installing the switch, in order to harden the binder of other parts, please contact us when passing through the regenerative hardening furnace.
7. When using through-hole PCBs and PCBs other than those recommended, due to the change of thermal stress, please confirm the welding conditions in advance.
8. With pin type, please weld at the pin position. If the midpoint of the pin is fixed for welding, the pin mechanism may be deformed.
9. Can't clean. When the terminal is welded, the load is applied to the terminal, which may cause loosening, deformation and reduction of electrical characteristics according to different conditions.
